Zach stayed very active in high school by playing football, basketball, running track, and fishing in his spare time. He also developed a strong work ethic and a sense of work-life balance while working part-time jobs during his high school career.

Football became Zach’s favorite sport in high school, so he pursued that passion when he went to the University of Nebraska and played for the Cornhuskers. During his college career, he earned All-American honors and helped lead the Cornhuskers to a national championship.

After college, Zach was drafted into the NFL where he spent 12 years in his professional football career as an offensive tackle. He played for the St. Louis Rams, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Houston Texans, dedicating 4 years to each team.

Zach gained an interest in real estate toward the end of his NFL career and formed a partnership with a property management group to learn the ins and outs of the business. He has made successful strides in growing his real estate business and forming investment partnerships.

Zach truly believes in being a part of projects and organizations that benefit the community. Aside from his commercial real estate projects, he is actively involved in numerous charitable organizations, including the Salvation Army, Teammates Mentoring Program, Boy Scouts of America, and United Way.
